It’s not surprising that we women often find we need help to navigate the confusing demands of today’s society. Things are changing at such a pace, our role in that society is not what it was for our mothers and so we can become confused and feel we are not reaching our fullest potential.
This is where the magic of the Goddess Effect in a 121 situation is ideal. Using your own bio-feedback to find the answers that are lurking in your subconscious you can bypass the chatter and liberate yourself from obligation, limiting beliefs and all the other BS programming that is holding us back.
121 coaching is usually 12 sessions taken weekly, fortnightly or monthly. All take place on zoom and are up to 90 minutes long.
Everyone is unique but here’s a typical example.
Sessions 1-3. Explore your goals and examine where you are now. This will take the shape of both practical issues, the nuts and bolts of day to day life and those pesky subconscious ones such as limiting beliefs, self sabotage, procrastination and a reluctance to embrace change, to name but a few.
During sessions this list will begin to surface and one of the specialities of the Goddess Effect is to find out exactly what is holding YOU back. This can be stuff from this life experience along with generational patterns, societal and cultural conditioning etc.
Sessions are not to just talk about your stuff, the intention is to shift whatever needs to be gone and outline steps you need to take, safely and supportively to reach your goals.
Sessions 4-8 focus on what you need to achieve to get you to where you want to be and devise a roadmap for it.
Create structures and actions that will support you and your goals so you know exactly what your next steps are.
Continue to build on the practical work and implement action steps with accountability, assessment, tweaking and support.
Sessions 8-12 – Further transition from theory to practice. This stage is about assessment and recap, fill any gaps etc as you begin to take control of your life, your decisions, your vision and goals.
You have a greater understanding of who you are and what you need out of life and how to achieve it. You have clarity and a purpose that serves you in every way.
Create a future plan for you to implement that will mean your progress is ongoing.
For some people this is enough but if you need more support you can either continue with the same schedule or lengthen the time between sessions
Even once you spread your wings help is still available in the form of single sessions or a block of 3 to help you go to the next level in a year, 2 or more.
